In addition to meeting the requirements of the State of Ohio, the Cedar Cliff Local School District is proud to offer the following for the students attending each day:
- Students attending Cedarville High School can earn nearly 40 semester hours of college credit through the CCP program while never leaving the campus.
- Every Cedarville Elementary student has successfully passed the requirements of the third grade reading guarantee since its inception of this requirement.
- Cedarville High School offers two Advanced Placement (AP) courses and ten CCP courses.
- The average ACT score is 2.0 points higher than both the state and national average.
- For the last three years, CHS graduates report college attendance at a rate of approximately 85-90%. (The state reporting system, often, does not reflect this percentage).
- The Cedar Cliff Local School District partners with Cedarville University for both student opportunities (Elementary Enrichment/CCP courses), as well as district cost-cutting measures (through the Federal Work Study Programs) for the betterment of our fiscal responsibilities.
- Students attending the Cedar Cliff Local School District enjoy a technology one-to-one program whereby every student can enjoy the use of a technology device in every classroom.
- An endowment program was initiated for families and students to donate to the future educational endeavors for CHS graduates.
- Through fiscally responsible practices, the district has not needed, nor requested, additional operating funds even after new facilities were constructed despite a decrease in funding revenues from the state of Ohio during that same time frame.
- Students in all grades K-12 participate in community service projects to learn the value of service and community pride.
- The Musical and Arts Department have successfully achieved high accolades at both the state and local levels for many years.
